Budak had five days of training in Cebu for her new job (which is surprisingly in Iloilo. Hahaha!). Due to our busy schedules, we only got to meet during her last day, 4 hours before her flight back to le City of Love! How’s that for an impromptu date?!
The three of us deliberately killed our feet trying to find a decent adoption site for Budak’s bags. Finally, we agreed to just carry it around after going to and fro SM supermarket and the Traveller’s Lounge. We spent 2 hours in Chika-an sa Cebu where we lamonized great food, made chismis, abused the WiFi, took pictures and whatnot. I say we, Jennie and I, sorely miss the Ilonggo accent. Cebuanos speak like they belong to a rowdy crowd and their voices scare me a bit.
Then we ventured out, buying vanity stuff for our nails, a neck pillow for our aging classmate and Krispy Kreme pasalubong for the LOVED ONES, whoever they are :)

I don’t see any problem in paying for apps, especially games that will save my sanity from monotony. I acknowledge the fact that the games are so good; it’s a crime not to shell out money for full versions. Heck, paying also translates to thanking the game developers! I have been tempted hundreds of times when there are so-called price drops. At the last minute, I get cold feet thinking that it’s not worth the risk. But with big titles such as Need For Speed and Sega’s Sonic, who would not give in?

Show and Tell
I may have transferred to another virtual residence but it doesn’t mean I’m dumping my tumblog. Time to show and tell!
Jennie and I ran out of lunch and dinner options (we skip breakfast always!) during Holy Week. Carinderias were closed, even the Sinangag Station! :( We ended up in Fuente Osmena and ate at fast food chains such as Chowking, Mcdo and the Cebu- based Orange Brutus.

I’m loving the old school effects! I downloaded paid apps like Lo-Mob and Lens+ all for FREE! These were during one of our traditional Saturdates. We just pig out. The first shot was at Shakey’s, the second was at Gelatissimo. You won’t see any food porn though. We love glorifying ourselves too much. Hahah! JK.
Such a cute kid. :3 We dined at Yellow Cab to celebrate our 5 months.

Graphic Design
Oh please lemme get a job that involves Graphic Design. Or Illustration, whatever. I’m still building up my portfolio but my CV’s ripe and ready! I haven’t sent my resume to anyone yet and I’m glad for stalling. Now I do know what I want…

After our V-day dinner, Yggy surprised me with a little detour to Sunday 2pm Cafe. They have books all over the place, not to mention Free WiFi and drawing materials! YAY! Also, the book-themed cafe is owned by a Korean so I assume they play Kpop songs. :D I SHALL RETURN! hurhur

I went aboard MV Logos Hope, the world’s largest floating book fair, last Sunday with my boyf and his family. Harhar Bought the Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne as a remembrance and also for my book collection, of course. :) Happy day <3
